 EX:- an add for a cleaning product shows only women doing household chores, reinforcing the stereotype that cleaning is a woman"s  duty. Media  Literacy involves recognizing this gender stereotype, questioning why the add doesn't feature men in the same roles, and considering the impact of such portrayls on societal views about gender roles.

It enables individuals to make better decisions as consumers, voters, and citizens by understanding the influence of media on public opinion and behavior.
